天津市高校学生校外租房情况现状及对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of University Students' Housing Rental off Campus in Tianjin City

近期大学生校外租房所引发的多起安全事件,给高校学生工作带来巨大挑战。本文通过对天津市所有高校校外租房情况进行问卷调查,了解了当前高校大学生校外租房的现状,并分析出高校大学生校外祖房的原因以及存在的隐患问题,探究了加强大学生在外租房教育管理的途径,为高校加强大学生校外租房的安全教育管理提供了借鉴和参考。

Recent years, many of the security incidents caused by housing rental off campus bring great challenges to the students work. In this paper, through the questionnaire survey of all universities in Tianjin, the author have got a handle on the current situation of college students＇ housing rental off campus. And we knew the reasons of housing rental and hidden dangers. Therefore, the author summarized the ways to strengthen the management of college students＇ housing rental off campus, which will advise universities to strengthen safety education and management of students.
