摘要
近两年来,本文通过汽修专业毕业生的就业反馈表了解到大部分学生舍弃了汽修这个行业,转而从事其他行业的发展。本文介绍了汽修这个行业的发展现状,分析了人才流失的几个原因,最后提出了几点建议。
In recent two years, the job feedback form of motor repair professional graduates realized that most of the students abandoned the mechanics of this industry, and engaged in the development of other industries. This paper introduced the mechanics of the industry development present situation, analyzed the reasons of brain drain, and put forward some suggestions finally.
