摘要
为探讨有氧运动结合健康教育对隐性肥胖大学女生体成分的影响,在郑州大学西亚斯国际学院三年级女生中,采用自愿、知情的原则征集180名志愿者,利用In Body-520人体成分仪筛选出40名隐性肥胖者(中途退出7名,实际完成实验者33名)进行18周的有氧运动和健康教育干预,在第6、12、18周利用BIA法进行体成分测量,与干预前进行比较。结果显示:体脂率(BF%)、腰臀比(WHR)较干预前显著下降(P<0.05),BMI和肥胖度虽有降低但不明显。对于肥胖的判断体脂率较BMI更具科学性,隐性肥胖对女性健康更具危害性;18周运动和健康教育干预可减少大学女生的体脂率和腰臀比,改善身体形态。
To explore the influence of aerobic exercise combined with health education on body components with masked obesity among female college students in order to providing theoretical basis for the effective reduction of body fat for young females. Adop-ting the principle of voluntariness and knowing, we recruited 180 volunteers for third-grade girls of SIAS international university. It screened a total of 40 masked obese subjects (7 out of the way and 33 participants in practice) by InBody-520 body composition an-alyzer, and carried out for 18 weeks of aerobic exercise and health education intervention. It respectively measured body composition by BIA method in the 6th, 12th and 18th week, and compared with those before intervention. Through intervened 18 weeks of aero-bic exercise and health education, BF% and WHR were significantly lower than those before intervention (P〈0.05) , and BMI and obesity although decreased but not obvious. It proves that BF% is more scientific than BMI for the judgment of obesity, and masked obesity is more harmful to women s health. Through 18 weeks of exercise and health education intervention, it can reduce BF% and WHR of female college students, and improve body shape.
