摘要
分析了样品质量、升温速率、气体流量、样品粒径及样品位置等对DSC测试的影响。结果表明:样品质量对测试结果有一定的影响,气体流量、样品粒径及位置对测试结果影响较小,而升温速率相对其他影响因素对最终的结果有较大的影响。对试样进行连续测试及放置不同时间测试,DSC仪器具有良好的重现性及稳定性。最后,通过对比采用不同时期生成的校正文件的测试结果,说明校正文件对熔融温度的影响较小,而对峰面积的影响较大。
The effects of sample mass,heating rate,gas flow rate,grain size and position of specimens on DSC testing were analyzed.The results show that sample mass has a little influence on the testing result,while heating rate strongly influences the final result,and the rest factors have little influence.On the other hand,the sample was tested continuously and at different date.It is shown that the DSC instrument possesses excellent repeatability and stability.Finally,the revised file has little effect on melting temperature test while strongly affects the result of peak area.
