聚丙烯/滑石粉微发泡材料力学性能及发泡行为的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用注塑成型的方法,在二次开模条件下制备微发泡聚丙烯/滑石粉材料,并研究了滑石粉的质量分数对复合材料力学性能和发泡行为的影响。结果表明:少量滑石粉的加入,泡孔的平均直径减小,泡孔更均匀细密,发泡材料的力学性能降低最小,其中比弯曲强度几乎不变。 The microcellular foamed PP/talcum composites were prepared by injection method under the condition of twice-open mold.The effects of mass fraction of talcum on the mechanical properties and foaming behavior of microcellular foamed PP composites were analyzed.The results show that with a small amount of talcum,cell diameter decreases and cell number increases.Meanwhile,there is least decrease of the mechanical properties of composites,especially no obvious change of specific flexural strength.
