摘要 通过中央扩散性精矿喷嘴工作特性分析,针对目前运行存在的问题,开展了喷嘴进料箱、工艺风旋向、环氧风偏斜和吹散风等预混结构优化、工艺配风参数调节以及气粒两相混合数值分析研究。结果表明,工艺风偏角管能够获得良好的旋流效果,增大工艺风的出口速度,促进精矿粉与工艺风的混合;吹散风-环氧风对精矿粉颗粒的分散效果影响显著,合理的配风风量可获得理想的精矿粉分布效果,更有利于气粒两相混合过程。 For the existing problems in the running process of the Central Jet Distribution, a series of studies such as premixed structural optimization of the feedinlet box, enriched process air eccentric pipe, fluidization air pipe and blow pipe, adjustment of air distribution parameters and numerical simulation of Gas-Particle mixing have been done to research the working characteristics. The result showed that the enriched process air eccentric pipe would rotate the flow, reduce the loss of pressure and increase the flow speed. Therefore, the mixing effect of the flow and the particles was promoted. Meanwhile, with the reasonable flow volume of the fluidization air and blown air, the particles would get a more desirable distribution and mix better with the flow.
