摘要 为研究压气机子午面不同深度组合型周向槽机匣处理的扩稳效果,针对跨声速rotor37转子叶栅机匣设计了4种不同深度组合的周向处理槽。数值模拟研究结果表明,在设计转速下,带周向槽机匣处理的转子综合稳定裕度有不同程度的提高,优化方案综合稳定裕度由9.65%提高到了16.42%,而效率只下降了0.87%。此外,在叶顶弦长中后部采用浅槽可进一步提升扩稳效果。 In order to investigate the stabilizing effect of circumferential groove casing treatment with combined scheme of different groove depth at the meridian plane of a compressor,four schemes of casing treatment was designed with combined circumferential grooves of different depths for the transonic rotor cascade of rotor 37.The investigation of numerical simulation has revealed that at the design rotational speed,the stall margin of the rotor with circumferential groove casing treatment can be increased to a certain extent.The stall margin of the optimum scheme was increased from 9.65% to 16.42% with only 0.87% efficiency reduction.Furthermore,the installation of the shallow circumferential grooves at the rear of the blade chord length can improve the stall margin even better.
