摘要
基于地方院校的具体现状和特点,宿州学院生物与食品工程学院结合多年来对食品专业有机化学实验课程的改革,摸索出一条锻炼学生动手实践能力和培养学生创新思维能力的三层次有机化学实验课程体系.该体系有助于食品专业有机化学实验教学质量的提高和提升学生的动手能力和创新意识,为其他兄弟院校食品学科的有机化学实验课程改革创新提供了一定的参考.
Based on the situation and characteristics of local universities,through exploration on teaching reform and practice of organic chemistry experiment on food speciality,College of Biological and Food Engineering,Suzhou University formed three-level experimental teaching system. By doing so,both the teaching performance in the food speciality organic chemistry experiment and comprehensive ability of the students were greatly improved,which provided some useful reference for teaching reform of organic chemistry experiment in food discipline in local universities.
