随着篮球运动在高校的普及,高校篮球裁判员的培养尤显重要.本文从高校培养学生篮球裁判员的意义,存在的问题及应具备的素质等方面着手,提出了高校篮球裁判员选拔、培养、考核、使用、管理的有效机制.

With the popularity of basketball sports in colleges and universities,it is imperative to train basketball judges on campus. This article points out its effective mechanism of electing,cultivating,testing,using and managing from the meaning of cultivating,problems and their necessary qualities.
