摘要
设计一套基于PLC和组态王6.55的智能鸡舍监控系统,该系统以S7-200PLC作为下位机,以计算机作为上位机.系统通过传感器将实时采集的温湿度、液位及有害气体浓度信号传递给PLC,由PLC驱动相应的执行机构工作,实现鸡舍环境的自动控制,并且该系统能实现自动供水、供料、消毒等功能,同时利用组态王软件为鸡舍管理员提供良好的上位机人机界面,实现蛋鸡养殖的自动化、可视化及鸡舍的智能化管理,节约人工成本,提高鸡的养殖效益.
An intel l igent henhouse moni toring system is designed based on PLC and King View 6.55 which takes S7-200 PLC as the lower computer and PC as the upper computer. The system can acquire data of tempera-ture, humidity, liquid level and noxious gas concentration with sensors and send them to PLC, then PLC makes the actuator working to realize the automatic control of the henhouse environment, so it can realize automatic wa-ter supply, feeding, disinfection and other functions, while providing a good man-machine interface for house ad-ministrators with King View realize intelligent management of automation, visualization and henhouse in laying hens, saving labor costs, improving the breeding efficiency of chicken.
