摘要
以6-氯-7-去氮嘌呤为原料,先经过与烷基卤代物的亲核取代反应,得到了四种6-氯-9-取代-7-去氮嘌呤中间体,随后苯并三氮唑和该中间体在无溶剂高温熔融的条件下简单方便的合成了四种新型的6-苯并三氮唑取代的7-去氮嘌呤类似物,中间体及目标产物均经过~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR进行确认和表征.
Four new kinds of substituted 7-deazapurine derivatives were easily synthesized through6-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazole6-chloro-9-substituted 7-deazapurines intermediates at high temperature under solvent-free conditions,which were obtained by the nucleophilic substitution reaction from 6-chloro-7-deazapurine with alkyl halides. The intermediates and target products were confirmed and characterized by1 H NMR,13 C NMR spectra.
