摘要
以硅钨酸为催化剂,无水乙醇和丙酸为原料合成了丙酸乙酯.探讨了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响.实验结果表明,硅钨酸催化合成丙酸乙酯的最佳条件为:当丙酸为0.1 mol时,醇酸物质的量比为3.5,催化剂用量为0.5 g,反应时间为1.5 h,温度78~88℃,在此条件下酯化率可达84%以上.
Ethyl propionate was synthesized by absolute ethyl alcohol and propanoic acid with the catalysis of silicotungstic acid. The effects of molar ratio of alcohol to acid,the dosage of the catalyst,the reaction time on yield of ester were investigated. The result shows that the optimum conditions of synthesizing ethyl propionate catalyzed by silicotungstic acid were obtained as follows: the propanoic acid 0. 1 mol,molar ratio of absolute ethyl alcohol to propanoic acid was 3. 5,catalyst 0. 5 g,the reaction time 1. 5 h,the reaction temperature 78 ~ 88 ℃.The yield of the product could reach 84%.
