摘要
体育生活化教学是现行高校体育教学改革的必然,更是体质弱势群体学生实现生活意义和生命价值的保障。因此,在高校体质弱势群体学生中开展体育生活化教学,就要树立"生活在先"的教学理念;以"为生活"设立教学目标;教学内容的选取要关注学生的生活世界;教学过程则要强调学生的生活体验和主观幸福感;培养学生形成以体育作为生活方式及相应的健康行为为己任的教育意识,让学生在体育课中感触生活、体验生活、享受生活,提高并创造生活。
Life - oriented physical education is the inevitable reform of the current physical education in colleges and universities; it is also a guarantee for the disadvantaged groups of students to realize the significance of life and offer protection to the value of life. Therefore, to carry out life - oriented education for physically vulnerable groups in university students,it is necessary to establish a "life first" concept of teaching;to set up the teaching goal for life " ;the selection of teaching content should pay attention to students"life world;the teaching process should emphasize students'life experience and subjective well - being;to cultivate the students sports as a way of life and health behavior of the corresponding responsibility consciousness of education, let the students in physi-cal education, feeling life, experience life, enjoy life, creation and enhancement of life.
