基于“理论—实践—创新”三位一体的医学统计学实践探索

摘要 目的:探索对护理专业医学统计学的"理论—实践—创新"三位一体的应用效果。方法:选取郑州工业应用技术学院2013级四年制护理学1~2班(n=126)为对照组,2013级四年制护理学3~4班(n=116)为实验组。对照组采用传统讲授法,实验组采用三位一体的医学统计学教学。采用期末理论、实践与综合测试成绩对比法和问卷调查法对三位一体教学的效果进行评价。数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析,两组理论、实践和综合测试成绩比较行t检验。结果:实验组的理论、实践和综合测试成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t_(理论)=2.46,P_(理论)=0.015;t_(实践)=11.551,P_(实践)<0.001;t_(综合)=5.345,P_(综合)<0.001);问卷调查表明,实验组85%(99/116)以上的学生对三位一体教学各项效果表示赞同。结论:"理论—实践—创新"三位一体应用能够提升学生的综合成绩,培养发现问题和自主创新意识,提高医学统计学应用效果。 Objective This paper explores on the application effect of the trinity teaching reform of " theory- practice-innovation" in nursing medical statistics. Methods Students of 2013 grade four-year nursing class 1 and 2 in Zhengzhou University Of Industrial Technology ( n =126) were selected as control group and the 2013 grade four-year nursing class 3 and 4 ( n =116) as experimental group. Students in experimental group were taught by the trinity of 4 theory-practices-innovation ’ teaching while those in control group by traditional teaching method. The final theory, practice and comprehensive test results could be compared to the method and questionnaire method to evaluate the effect of the trinity teaching. Data were analyzed by SPSS19. 0 software, and the results of the two groups were compared with the ttest. Result The experimental groups theory,prac-tice and comprehensive test scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(ttheory = 2. 46,Ptheory - 0.015 ;tpractice = 11.55 1,P practice 〈0. 001 ;tcomprehensive =5. 345 , P compreliensive 〈0. 001). Resultsof questionnaire showed that 85 % (99/116) or mor e students in experiment group agreed trinity teaching m e t h-ods and the effect was satisfactory. Conclusions “ Theory-Practice-Innovation" Trinity application can i m-prove students, comprehensive achievement, cultivate problems and independent innovation consciousness, also improve the effect of medical statistics application.
