摘要
基于通用设计钢管杆二维横担结构,文章提出了Y字型与十字型两种多元横担结构,实现了多回线路的集中悬挂,同时参照通用设计和规程规范的要求,在一般设计原则的基础上,明确了杆塔荷载、横担截面与连接节点的设计,并依托游乐-科学城π入湖光路110k V输电线路工程,通过方案比选、结构计算及应用分析,建设费用节约32.4%,建设时间节约60%,表明多元横担结构在工程中应用效果显著。
Based on the two-dimensional structure of conventional steel transmission poles cross arm,this paper puts forward two types of three-dimensional structure cross arm,Y-type and Cross-type and achieves multi-circuit lines transmission line hanged on one transmission poles. According to the requirement of specification and general design as well as the general design principles,it defines the concrete design of tower load,cross section and connecting node. This research has been applied in the 110 k V transmission line; through the analysis of scheme comparison,structural calculation and application analysis,the project construction cost and construction time is reduced by 32. 4% and 60% respectively,indicating that the application of the three-dimensional structure cross arm is significant in engineering.
