摘要
针对当前脱硝喷氨自动控制中存在的问题,分析影响喷氨自动调节的主要因素,并阐述采用先进测量技术的重要性和必要性,以及优化改造测量原理及采用先进测量技术后的运行效果评价。先进测量技术应用后准确性明显提高,使反应器进、出口NOx和氨逃逸测量的代表性和实时性增强,增加精细化分区喷氨,可以大大降低反应器出口NOx的不均匀性,提高氨反应效率,减少氨逃逸。
Aiming to the currentproblems in theautocontrol of SCR denitrification,this paper analyzes the main factor which affects ammonia injection autocontrol and elaborates the importance and necessity of adopting advanced measurement technology as well as the effect evaluation of optimization and operation effect. The application increases the accuracy significantly,enhancing the representativeness and realtime of inlet NOx,outlet NOxand ammonia escape in the system and refining partitioned ammonia injection. Thus,the heterogeneity of outlet NOxin the reactor greatly reduces,with ammonia reaction efficiency improved and ammonia escape reduced.
