高职院校“双师型”教师校企合作培养策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 高职教育与经济发展联系密切,随着我国经济转型进入新阶段,高职教育迎来了新的挑战,对教师队伍的要求也发生了改变,"双师型"教师队伍的建设是应对挑战的良策。目前,企业与学校合作培养"双师型"教师仍然存在教师缺乏足够认识,高职院校合作条件有待提高,企业欠缺合作意识,政府保障力度不够等问题。有效的解决以上问题,教师应充分认同校企合作培养"双师型"教师、高职院校创设良好的合作条件、企业增强合作意识和协同措施、政府提供强有力的保障。 Closely related to the development of higher vocational education and economy, with China's economic transformation into a new stage, higher vocational education ushered in new challenges to teachers' requirements have changed, and "double qualification" teachers is the way to deal with the challenges. At present, enterprises and schools to train "double qualification" teachers still exist. There is a lack of sufficient knowledge of teachers. Higher vocational colleges need to improve cooperation conditions. Enterprises lack an awareness of cooperation. Government security is inadequate and there are some other issues. To effectively solve the above problems, teachers should fully agree with school enterprise cooperation "double qualification" teachers in higher vocational colleges, creating good conditions for cooperation, enhancing enterprise's' awareness of cooperation and cooperative action, and government should provide strong protection.
