摘要 通过实验测定污水处理厂污水净化前后汞的含量,样品经酸化、过滤,用原子荧光法测定,外标法定量。结果显示,汞在0.1μg/L^0.9μg/L范围呈良好线性,相关系数R=0.9997。实验结果表明,原子荧光法简便快速、灵敏度高,满足实验室日常检测要求。 The samples were acidified and filtered, and the atomic fluorescence method was used to determine the content of mercury in the sewage treatment plant before and after the wastewater treatment. The results showed that the mercury was in the range of 0.1μg/L - 0.9μg/L, and the correlation coefficient was R = 0.9997. The experimental results show that the atomic fluorescence method is simple and rapid, and the sensitivity is high, which satisfies the daily testing requirements of the laboratory.
