企业绿色管理障碍及对策

摘要 实现绿色制造和绿色产品生产供给是企业面临的一项重要议题。绿色管理作为一种新的管理模式,在落实新发展理念、推动绿色发展过程中起着重要作用。文章根据现有文献梳理了绿色管理的演变过程和绿色管理的障碍因素,在此基础上提出了绿色管理对策,以期为关注该研究主题的学者和管理者提供参考。 It is an important issue for enterprises to realize green manufacturing and green product and supply.Green management as a new management model plays a significant role in implementing new development concept and promoting green development process. Based on the literature review, this paperthis paper summarizes and analyzes the evolutionary phases of green management and barriers of green management,then puts forward the countermeasures to implement green management,which provides reference for scholars and managers focusing on this topic.
