摘要 动物毛囊的周期性发育和色素沉积与一系列基因的激活和沉默息息相关。MicroRNA是一类广泛存在于真核生物中长度约为21~25nt的非编码RNA,其通常在转录后水平调节靶基因的表达。MicroRNA参与了动物毛囊的周期性发育和色素沉积,在毛囊中也呈现出组织和时间特异性。不同的MicroRNA通过与调控因子相互作用调控相应的信号通路,进而影响动物毛囊的生长发育及毛色变化。文章综述了近年来MicroRNA调控动物毛囊周期性发育及色素沉着的研究进展,以期为后续的相关研究工作提供借鉴。 Animal hair follicle's cyclical growth and pigmentation is closely related to the activation and silence of a series of genes. MicroRNA is a class of 21 to 25nt noncoding RNA which is widely existing in eucaryon. MicroRNA is usually regulating the expression of target genes under the transcription level. In recent years, the study found that MicroRNA was involved in the cyclical growth of hair follicle and pig-mentation. Part of MicroRNA in the animal hair follicle presents the specificity of organization and time. Different MicroRNA by interacting with signaling pathway and regulating factor to regulate the growth of hair follicle and coat color. The review summarizes the research progress of MicroRNA which is involved in the cyclical growth of hair follicle and pigmentation in recent years, providing a reference for subsequent researches.
