At Ming and Qing Dynasties in Jimo area, the government officials, Huang Zongchang as the representative of the ＂loyalty＂, show the nation＇s quality in the official period. Compared to Yue Fei＇s ＂loyalty＂ on Song Gaozong, Huang Zongchang is more valuable with the integrity of defy power and allegiance to the country. It is still the current officials ＇ measure and the basic to construct a modern socialist country and realize the national prosperity and unity.
