新疆高职院校思想政治教育理论课实效性探究

Actual Effect of the Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang

思想政治教育理论课,是新疆高职院校培养各族大学生思想政治素质的主渠道,但目前新疆高职院校思想政治教育理论课实效性并不理想,其原因主要是由于新疆日益复杂的社会环境、高职院校不够重视思想政治教育及各族大学生自身因素的影响。要提高新疆高职院校思想政治教育理论课实效性,需从加强新疆社会环境的全面治理、提升思想政治教育理论课地位以及构建学校、社会、家庭三方互动机制等方面努力。

The ideological and political education is the main channel for colleges in Xinjiang to unify the students＇ thoughts and training their political quality of all nationalities. But the effectiveness is not ideal. The main reasons are the increasingly complex social environment, the not enough attention to the influence of ideological education and the college students themselves of all nationalities. In order to improve the efficiency, the social environment should be comprehensively managed, the courses status should be improved and the interaction mechanism of school, society and family should be constructed.
