摘要
目前,制约我国石油公司进军深海的一大技术难题就是原油转运装备。本文提出了一种新的原油输送转运装备及作业理念,即FPSO处理的原油通过原油输送转运装备上侧装载系统过驳,继而通过原油外输系统卸载到普通油轮,可以显著提高转运效率。
At present, restricting China’s oil company to enter the deep sea is one of the major technical problems of crude oil transportation equipment, this paper proposes a new crude oil transfer equipment and operation concept, namely FPSO processing of crude oil by the crude oil transportation equipment transport side loading system barge by crude oil unloading system to ordinary oil tankers, can significantly improve the transport efficiency.
