摘要
随着市场经济的发展和科学技术的不断创新与完善,我国各个行业都加大对先进技术和工艺的研发与使用,从而更加有效地提高自身企业的实力,巩固其在强烈市场竞争中的地位。液压缸是整个液压传动系统最为重要的构成零部件,其机构设计的合理性以及运用的科学性直接关系到整个液压系统运行的稳定性和安全性。因此,相关部门将优化液压缸结构设计作为当前研究的重要课题。本文全面分析了液压缸的结构设计和铺件设计,探讨了其运行的特性。
With the continuous innovation and improvement of market economy and the development of science and technology, various industries in China are increasing the development and use of advanced technology, in order to more effectively improve the strength of enterprises, to consolidate its position in the intense market competition. The hydraulic cylinder is the most important component of the whole hydraulic drive system. The rationality of its design and the scientific application of the hydraulic cylinder are directly related to the stability and safety of the whole hydraulic system. Therefore, the relevant departments will optimize the design of hydraulic cylinder structure as an important topic of current research. In this paper, the structure design and layout design of hydraulic cylinder are analyzed, and the characteristics of its operation are discussed.
