超声美工刀压电振子的优化设计

摘要 本文用有限元分析软件ANSYS对超声美工刀结构进行模态和谐响应分析,得出压电振子的纵向振型、谐振频率、位移曲线以及导纳曲线。用阻抗仪测试了加工出的压电振子,其结果与ANSYS分析结果非常相似。在显微镜下CCD拍摄,观察压电振子的工作振型为纵振。通过两种不同刀头的实验对比,发现超声美工刀弯刀头在切割材料方面比超声美工刀原装刀头输出功率更大。 In this paper, the finite element analysis software A N S Y S is used to analyze the modal and harmonic response of the ultrasonic scalpel, and the longitudinal vibration mode, resonant frequency, displacement curve and admittance curve of the piezoelectric vibrator are obtained. The machined piezoelectric vibrators were measured by an impedance meter, and the results were very similar to those of the A N S Y S analysis. Under the microscope, C C D is used to observe the working mode of the piezoelectric vibrator , and the vibration mode is longitudinal vibration. Through the comparison of two different cutting heads, it is found that the ultrasonic cutter blade and the machete head have more output power than the original cutter head of the ultrasonic scalpel.
