摘要
零件加工精度的含义是零件加工完成后其实际的参数和理想参数之间的符合程度。符合程度越高,零件的加工精度就越高。实际的生产加工过程中,机床几何误差、受力变形和热变等因素都影响零件的加工精度。因此,本文主要探究了机械零件加工精度的影响因素,并提出了相关对策。
The meaning of part machining accuracy is the degree of conformity between the actual parameters and the ideal parameters after the machining is completed. The higher the degree of compliance, the higher the machining accuracy. In the actual production process, the machine tool geometric error, force, deformation and thermal changes and other factors affect the machining accuracy of parts. This paper explores the factors affecting the machining accuracy of mechanical parts and countermeasures.
