摘要
本文主要讨论分析了机械制造加工中包含的问题,并对相关问题涉及的方面提供了一定的措施,主要阐述了切削方式、加工顺序、材料选择、润滑剂的使用、机械设计标准化和对机加表面物理学性能的影响因素这几个方面。希望通过本文可以将机械加工中存在的问题良好地解决,从而使我国生产制造方面进步。
Since ancient times, C h i n a is a big country of manufacture, the use of mechanical manufacturing process in undoubtedly c an provide m a n y conveniences for the workers, in order to m a k e the manufacturing industry has a m o r e obvious progress, the reform of the mechanical design process is the first step. In C h i n a, the d e v e l o p m e n t of m a c h i n e r y manufacturing industry is better, but there are m a n y aspects that c an continue to improve. There are m a n y factors that can affect the mechanical manufacturing industry, a nd mechanical design a nd processing is one of the m a i n aspects. This paper mainly discusses the existing problems in this field. This paper first gives a brief overview of the mechanical design, mechanical design a n d material selection of simple analysis, a n d lists the advantages of imp l e m e n t i n g standardization of mec h a n i c a l design, a n d then discusses the factors influencing the surface physics performance, a n d a brief description of the application of lubricant, finally gives thecorresponding m e a s u r e s to solve the related p r o b l e m s in the process of mechanical design I h o p e that through this, y o u can solve the existing problems in mechanical machining good, have m o r e obvious progress in China manufacturing.
