摘要
混凝土塌落度主要是指混凝土的塑化性能和可泵性能,用于判断施工能否正常进行。本文分析现有混凝土塌落度的检测技术和方法,结合国标普通混凝土拌和物性能试验方法,研发了一种混凝土塌落度自动检测设备,从加料、插捣、刮平、提桶、测量到卸料均采用自动化作业,图像识别混凝土塌落度,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,检测结果准确可靠。
The concrete slump is mainly refers to the plasticizing properties of concrete and can be used to determine the pump performance, the construction can be normal. This paper analyzes the existing concrete collapse detection techniques and methods of the combined test method of performance on ordinary concrete GB, developed a concrete collapsbillity automatic testing equipment, from feeding, vibrating, scrape, pail, discharge measurement to adopt automatic image recognition, concrete slump, reducing the labor intensity the workers, improve the work efficiency, accurate and reliable detection result.
