车工加工方法的发展方向分析

车工加工是当前零件加工的主要方式,其加工方法和加工工艺等因素直接影响零件的加工质量和人们对零件的认可。本文首先简单介绍车工加工的工艺,其次分析当前主要的车工加工方法,最后结合当前国内外车工加工方法进行综合分析,优化我国当前的车工加工方法,并指出未来车工加工方法的发展方向。

S e w i n g processing is the m a i n m e a n s of parts processing, the processing m e t h o d a n d processing technology a nd other factors directly affect the machining quality a n d recognition of parts. In this case, this paper first introduces the process of lathe machining, and then followed b y the analysis of the current m a i n lathe machining m e t h o d, in combination with the current domestic a n d foreign processing processing methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of China＇s current lathe processing m e thod wa s optimized, a nd pointed out the future direction of development of the lathe a n d machining m e t h o d.
