The research of Cost management in engineering stage of Non-ferrous metal projects in EPC mode is one of the key links to determine whether the general contractors can realize a deep integration of engineering& procurement& construction, duration shortening and profit gaining. This research takes the non-ferrous metal industry engineering enterprises as the general contractors, the Non-ferrous metal projects under EPC model as the base, the research on the cost management of the engineering stage as the research object, to discuss the factors that should be followed and measures that should be taken of cost management in engineering stage of Nonferrous metal projects under EPC mode. The research results have a certain relevance and practical guidance.
