针织结构的鼻前庭药物缓释支架研究

摘要 感冒、鼻炎或鼻窦炎导致的流涕、鼻粘膜肿痛是临床常见症状。为了针对性地有效缓解这些症状,以单根超吸水纤维纱线为原材料,运用针织的方法一次成型了一种用于鼻前庭给药的药物缓释支架。对其宏观形态结构、孔隙率、吸水性能、压缩回弹性能、载药及药物释放行为等进行了表征和研究。结果表明,该药物缓释支架呈饱满的卵圆形,孔隙率为(75.4±0.7)%,吸水倍率可达到3.5倍。即使烘干后进行二次吸水,其吸水倍率也没有明显变化。压缩回弹测试结果表明,该支架干态时的弹性回复率可达(75.33±7.77)%,具有良好的自支撑性能,湿态条件下的自支撑性能更好。以曲安奈德药物为模型,通过浸渍法可对该支架成功载药。以浓度为44μg/mL的药物溶液载药的缓释支架,其药物释放行为最符合临床使用要求。所制备的药物缓释支架同时具备吸液及药物缓释功能。 Runny nose, nasal mucosal swelling and pain caused by cold, rhinitis or sinusitis are common clinical symptoms. In order to effectively alleviate these symptoms, a single superabsorbent fiber yarn was used as raw materials to knit a nasal vestibular drug - eluting stent. Moreover, the obtained stent were characterized, inclu-ding the macroscopic morphology, porosity, water absorption, compression resilience, drug loading and drug re-lease. The results showed that the stent exhibited an oval appearance with a porosity of 75. 4% ±0.7%, and its water absorption rate could reach 3.5 times. Even after the stent was dried for the second time absorption of water, its water absorption rate showed no obvious decrease. Furthermore,its elastic recovery rate could reach 75. 33% 土 7.77% , implying good self - supporting performance of the dry stent, although the elastic recovery rate was higher in wet stent than that in dry stent. With the model of triamcinolone acetonide, the stent can be successfully loaded with drugs by dipping. When the drug - loading concentration of the stent was 44 jig/mL, its drug release behavior was optimal for clinical application. In conclusion, the stent possesses both liquid absorption and drug release prop-erties.
