基于月痕资源的月球开发新体系构想

New Concept on Lunar Exploitation System Based on Lunar Footprint Resources

针对月球开发目标问题,指出信息时代月球资源开发存在不同于阿波罗时代的新视角,并将月面对人类活动痕迹的长期保留能力定义为月痕资源,设计以月痕资源开发为核心的月球开发新体系,说明其体系运行原理,并对系统商业化的前景和存在问题进行初步定性分析。研究结果表明,在现有技术基础上,月球资源商业化开发存在可行空间,月球经济的兴起可以预期。

It is pointed out that the objectives of lunar exploitation in the information age have new perspectives as compared with that of the Apollo age. The ability of the lunar soil to maintain the footprints for a very long time is defined as the lunar footprint resource. A new lunar exploitation system was designed with the exploitation of the lunar footprint resource as the core. The principles of its operation were explained and the prospects and problems of its commercialization were analyzed qualitatively. The study showed that the lunar commercial exploitation is feasible on the present technology basis. The lunar economy may become a hotspot in the future.
