培养大学生工程实践与创新能力的研究与实践

大学生工程实践和创新能力是高校人才培养的重要组成部分。针对实践教学环节存在思想上认识程度不高,实践教学队伍力量薄弱,传统的教学模式落后等问题,从完善实践教学体系、打造实践教学团队、创新实践教育平台、建立校外实习基地和加强实践教学管理五个方面,提出了培养大学生工程实践与创新能力的途径。

Engineering practice and innovation ability of college students is an important part of talents cultivation in colleges and universities. There are some problems in practice teaching, such as insufficient understanding on practice teaching; lack of teach-ers for practice and the traditional teaching mode. Therefore, some strategies are put forward to cultivate students＇ engineering practice and innovation ability from five aspects： improving the quality of practice teaching system, forming the practice teaching team, inno-vating practice education platform, establishing practice base and strengthening teaching management.
