摘要
通过对地方本科院校实验室的调研,确定了地方本科院校教学型实验室管理要素,构建地方本科院校教学型实验室管理绩效评价体系,使用层次分析法确定各指标权重。最终得出一套针对地方本科院校教学型实验室管理的评价指标体系,其中一级指标5个,二级指标24个,可为地方本科院校教学型实验室管理提供决策参考。
Based on the research of laboratory in local undergraduate universities, this paper formulates management factors and performance review system for teaching-focus laboratory in these universities. Besides, this paper determines weight of each target on the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Moreover, a set of evaluation system that includes five one-class target and twenty-four secondary target is presented as it seeks to provide reference for teaching-focus laboratory management in local undergraduate univer-sities.
