摘要
全日制教育硕士是为我国中小学校培养的高层次应用型教学和管理人才。目前,在培养观念、课程设置、教学运行和管理等方面都还存在影响全日制教育硕士教学质量的消极因素。培养单位和导师应及时转变观念,明确培养目标,在课堂教学和实践教学中采取切实措施,全面提升全日制教育硕士的教学质量,为中小学校输送合格的专业型人才。
The purpose of full-time Master of Education (M.Ed) is to train application teaching and management personnel for Chinese primary and secondary schools. At present, negative factors still exert to full-time M.Ed teaching quality such as training conception, curriculum planning, teaching operation and management. Therefore, training institutions and supervisors could change their conceptions promptly, clarify training goals, improve teaching quality of the full-time M.Ed and train qualified personnel for primary and secondary schools.
