摘要
民族高校肩负着人才培养和维护国家团结稳定的双重重任,民族高校学生多数学习基础差异性较大。机械类专业要求学生的实践能力强,而且部分课程理论层次较深,学习难度较大。针对上述问题,依据民族高校学生特点和机械类专业教学规律,提出了在民族高校利用导师工作室进行机械类本科人才培养的必要性;研究了民族高校导师工作室的实施方案;讨论了民族高校导师工作室的评价体系。最后,根据教学实践,分析了我院实施导师工作室的初步效果,为民族高校工科专业实施导师工作室教学模式奠定了基础。
Universities for nationalities assume great responsibilities of both personnel training and unity and stability of mother-land. Mechanical specialty highlights students' practical abilities. Besides, higher theoretical levels are exerted into some of the courses. While students in these universities share quite different learning foundation. Therefore, it's difficult to teach and learn well. In view of the existing situation, this paper presents the necessity of training undergraduate mechanical talents with supervisor's stu- dio. Moreover, implementation program and evaluation system of supervisor studio are discussed. Finally, the analysis of initial results of the studio on the basis of teaching practice are presented so as to lay foundations for implementation of this studio teaching mode in universities for nationalities.
