独立学院旅游管理专业毕业生就业现状调查研究——以广西民族大学相思湖学院为例

通过采用问卷调查、访谈等方式对广西民族大学相思湖学院的旅游管理专业五届毕业生进行实证追踪调查,对调查对象目前从事的行业、岗位、选择原因、薪酬等方面进行了统计归类,从毕业生角度了解行业人才要求及独立学院人才培养存在的问题。在此基础上,从职业素养培养、课程设置、母体学校资源共享等方面为独立学院旅游管理人才培养提供一定的参考建议。

By means of questionnaire, interview and other methods, follow-up survey has been made based on the graduates ma-jor in tourism management of Xiangsihu College Guangxi University for Nationalities. The survey content includes graduates＇ indus-tries, posts, salary and reasons for choosing their work. Besides, requirements for personnel in tourism industry as well as the prob- lems existing in personnel training are analyzed from perspective of the graduates. Based on these conditions, this paper presents some recommendations towards personnel training from the respects of vocational training, curriculum and resource sharing.
