摘要
足球俱乐部的发展壮大不仅取决于运营和绩效,其文化建设也至关重要。体育文化作为一种社会意识,能够反映俱乐部的运营管理、经营理念、球队建设等各个方面,为俱乐部的全体成员所认可并且指引他们的行动。梳理了足球俱乐部文化价值的相关概念,将足球俱乐部体育文化的价值概括为三个方面:精神价值、人文价值以及经济价值。从载体角度来看,足球俱乐部体育文化的精神价值包括足球俱乐部精神、运动员精神和球迷精神,主要强调足球俱乐部文化在这些主体上的精神体现。足球俱乐部体育文化的人文价值强调以人为本,强调人的主观能动性。足球俱乐部体育文化的经济价值,主要反映在门票收入、赞助和广告收入以及球迷产品三个方面,并以苏宁足球俱乐部为例对体育文化的价值进行了具体阐释。分析足球俱乐部的体育文化价值的意义,有利于提高俱乐部自身的竞争力,有利于加强俱乐部的内部凝聚力,有利于扩大俱乐部的社会影响力。
The growth of the football club does not merely depends on its operations and performance; culture construction is also of critical importance. Sports culture,as a form of social consciousness,reflects various aspects of the club,including the operations management,operating philosophy,and team construction,and is recognized by and guides the actions of all team members. The present article reviews concepts related to the culture value of the football club,classifying the sport culture value into three dimensions: spiritual,humanistic and economic. The spiritual value encompasses,from the perspective of cultural carriers,the spirit of the club,the players and the fans,and is the spiritual representation of the club culture by these people. The humanistic dimension emphasizes people-orientedness and people's subjective initiative. The economic value is mainly represented by revenues generated from ticketing,sponsorship and advertising,and sports fan products,and as an example the article conducts a detailed analysis in this respect of Jiangsu Sunning Football Club. An exploration of the significance of the sports culture value of the football club is conducive to enhancing its competiveness,strengthening its cohesion,and expanding its social influence.
