新型城镇化视域下运动休闲特色小镇建设机制及路径研究

A Construction Mechanism for Sports and Leisure Towns in the Context of New Urbanization

建设运动休闲特色小镇,是新型城镇化与体育产业发展相互作用的结果,它对于丰富体育产品有效供给、优化体育产业空间布局、促进城乡协调发展具有不可替代的作用。分析了运动休闲特色小镇的内涵以及建设背景和意义。研究认为,建设运动休闲特色小镇的作用机制在于以下三方面:1)为丰富体育产品有效供给搭建了重要平台;2)为优化体育产业空间布局创新了鲜活载体;3)为破解城乡二元结构促进城乡协调发展提供了有效抓手。在此基础上,提出了培育和建设运动休闲特色小镇的对策和建议:1)在发展定位上,把人本理念贯穿规划与建设的全过程;2)在产业布局上,坚持以特色为导向的体育产业发展;3)在动力机制上,建立完善运动休闲特色小镇建设保障体系。

The construction of sports and leisure towns is the result of the interaction between the new urbanization and the sports industry,playing an irreplaceable role in enriching the effective supply of sports products,optimizing the spatial layout of sports industry and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. This article analyzes the connotations,construction background and significance of the sports and leisure town. We think that the role of thus featured towns consists in the following three aspects: 1) they provide an important platform for the effective supply of sports products; 2) they optimize the sports industry spatial layout and create a new carrier; and 3) they provide a practical option for cracking the urban-rural dual structure and promoting their the coordinated development. To cultivate and construct sports and leisure towns,our suggestions include: 1) people orientation throughout the whole process of planning and construction;2) adherence to developing sports industry with local characteristics; and 3) a sound guarantee mechanism.
