苏南(县域)国家体育产业基地的产业引领作用分析及其可持续发展

An Analysis of the Industrial Leading Role and Sustainable Development of the National Sports Base in the Counties of Southern Jiangsu

采用文献资料、实地调研、逻辑分析等方法对苏南(县域)国家体育产业基地进行研究,运用产业集聚、一体化发展、微笑曲线理论分析该基地发展中存在的体育产业结构不合理、地方政府工作力度不足、国家体育产业基地的配套及考核制度不完善等问题,提出实施一体化战略提升体育产业集聚效应,加快体育产业结构调整,建立地方体育产业研究机构、落实体育产业统计工作,实施文化、体育的深入融合促进体育消费等促进该基地可持续发展的思考意见。

This paper looks at the national sport industry base in counties of Southern Jiangsu. Drawing on theories on industry agglomeration and integrative development and the Smiling Curve theory,it analyzes problems in the development of the base,including an unreasonable sport industrial structure,insufficient local government involvement and an imperfect support and appraisal system. To solve the problems,the paper suggests implementing the integration strategy to improve the agglomeration effect,speeding up the adjustment of the sport industry structure,establishing local sport industry research institutions and conducting data collection and processing,and further integrating culture and sports to promote sport consumption.
