从“明德慎罚”看清代经学传统的回归

On the Traditional Regression of Confucian Classics in Qing Dynasty from the Perspective of " Bright Virtue and Careful Punishment"

作为《书》学治政思想的内核,"明德慎罚"集中体现了《书》学的治政理念。清儒对《书》学的发展颇有创获,擢用"明德慎罚"解决政治上的疑难问题,引起了晚清政治变革和经学传统的回归;清儒批驳唐代照搬照抄的经学复古模式,主张汉学、宋学合流,以期解决现实的政治问题,推动经学传统的回归。

As the core of political ideology in the studies on Book,the idea of ＂ bright virtue and careful punishment＂ fully embodies the political concepts.Confucianism in Qing Dynasty has made great innovation and achievements in the development process of studies on Book,because it adopted the idea of ＂bright virtue and careful punishment＂ to solve difficult political problems and caused the political changes in the late Qing Dynasty and the regression of traditions in Confucian classics.Confucianism in Qing Dynasty refuted the model of copying classics and restoring ancient ways in Tang Dynasty,instead,advocated the confluence of Sinology and philosophical theories of Song scholars,so that the realistic political issues can be settled and the regression of traditions in Confucian classics can be promoted.
