The innovation and the practice of discipline competitions impel the management system in the course of local universities＇ transformation development. The classification management,the definite management responsibilities and the sound management promote the organic combination of discipline competition and teaching. The paper carried out an exploration and practice of the construction and promotion of the discipline competition management system so as to cultivate students＇ application abilities.
