2型糖尿病患者家庭功能与自我管理、自我效能感相关性研究

Research on correlation between type 2 diabetic patient's family function and self-management and self-efficacy

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者的家庭功能及其与自我管理、自我效能的相关性。方法:运用横断面调查的方法,选取2016年4月~2017年4月在我院治疗的140例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用家庭功能评估量表、糖尿病自我管理量表和糖尿病自我效能量表对患者进行调查。结果:患者的家庭功能量表得分为(7.50±1.63)分,家庭功能严重障碍者11.43%,中度障碍者27.86%,家庭功能良好者60.71%。患者的家庭功能与自我管理、自我效能呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:家庭功能可影响2型糖尿病患者的自我管理和自我效能,应采取适当的干预措施改善和增加患者的家庭功能。

Objective： To explore the correlation between type 2 diabetic patient＇s family function and self-management and self-efficacy. Methods： Cross-sectional study method was adopted,and 140 cases of diabetic patients cured in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were taken as objects of study,to be investigated with family function assessment scale,diabetes self-management scale,and diabetes self-efficacy scale. Results： the score obtained in patient＇s family function scale is（ 7. 50 ± 1. 63） points,including those with a severe difficulty in family function accounting for 11. 43%,those with a moderate difficulty in family function accounting for 27. 86%,and those with a good performance in family function accounting for 60. 71%. The family function was of positive correlation with self-management and self-efficacy of patients（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Type 2 diabetic patient＇s self-management and self-efficacy could be affected by family function,so,proper intervening measures should be taken to improve and enhance the patient＇s family function.
