自我管理能力训练对海洛因依赖患者的影响

The effect of self-management ability training on patients with heroin dependence

目的:探讨融入自我管理能力训练的戒毒干预措施对海洛因依赖患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年10月在我院戒毒所住院进行自愿戒毒的海洛因依赖患者80例,根据入住顺序按单双号分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患者均给予7 d的美沙酮递减脱毒治疗,住院期间给予常规护理、健康教育及出院指导,观察组在此基础上对患者增加自我管理能力训练。观察并比较两组患者住院第7天与入院24 h的焦虑、抑郁量表评定分值及两组患者美沙酮递减脱毒治疗1个疗程完成情况。结果:两组患者第7天焦虑、抑郁评分均低于入院24 h内,但观察组评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组中24例患者未能完成设定疗程治疗,而观察组患者全部完成疗程治疗。结论:融入自我管理能力训练的戒毒干预措施,可以改善患者的负性情绪,提升患者的治疗依从性。

Objective： To explore the effect of drug addiction intervention combined with self-management ability training on negative mood and treatment compliance in patients with heroin dependence. Methods： A total of 80 patients with heroin dependence who were hospitalized and received drug addiction treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients in each group according to the even and odd-numbered order of admission. Two groups of patients were given 7 days Methadone decreased detoxification treatment. During hospitalization,the patients were given routine care,health education and discharge guidance. The observation group was treated with additional self-management ability training on the basis of the above treatment. The anxiety on the 7th day of hospitalization and 24 hours after admission,scores of depression scale and the performance after one course of Methadone decreased detoxification treatment of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The anxiety at the 7th day of hospitalization and scores of depression scale in the two groups were lower than that within24 hours of admission. However,the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. There were 24 patients in the control group who didn＇t complete the treatment,while the patients in the observation group all completed the treatment. Conclusion： The combination of self-management ability training and drug addiction intervention measures can improve the patient＇s negative emotions and enhance the patient＇s treatment compliance.
