撬装式气田酸化废液废气自动处理设备

A removable skid-mounted acidizing waste fluid and gas automatic processing unit

油气田开发过程中经常采用的酸化作业,其返排液具有酸性强、腐蚀性强、含铁高、矿化度高,并伴有刺激性气味等特点,是石油天然气工业的主要污染源之一。文章介绍了一种可移动的撬装式酸化废液废气自动处理设备的结构、工作原理、工艺流程、控制方法及使用效果。经实地实验,该设备能快速、经济、有效地处理气田开发过程中的酸化废液及废气,具有占地面积小、迁移方便、安装操作简单等特点。

Acidizing operation is one of the frequently employed process in oil-gas exploitation,but the return acidizing fluid is characterized by strong acidic and corrosive,high iron content and salinity,and with irritating smell,which made it being one of the main pollution sources of the oil and gas industry.A removable skidmounted automatic processing unit is proposed to treat this return acidizing liquid wastes in this paper.it can treat the waste liquid and gas generated during the acidizing operation quickly,economic and effectively,and with the features of smaller floor area need,convenient to removal,easy erection and operating.After trial test and field use,the equipment can meet the design requirements for p H control,iron removal rate,and viscosity reduction rate of the return acidizing fluid.
