摘要
对某厂150 t转炉老炉进行耐材数据和实际粘渣量的采集,分析其实际正负倾动力矩特性,并与350 t转炉的实际正负倾动力矩特性进行了对比分析。炉口粘渣对不同吨位的转炉力矩的影响程度是一样的,吨位越大,越难实现全正力矩。并提出了一些转炉安全性的控制措施。
Through gathering the refractory brick and dry slag data of an old 150 t converter,this paper analysis positive-negative torque capability,and compare with that of a 350 t converter.Dry slag of converter mouth has the same effect on converter torque with different capacity,the capacity is lager,it is more difficult to achieve the complete positive torque.In addition,some control measures for converter safety are put forward.
