摘要
采用溶液聚合法,以季戊四醇、三氯氧磷和己二胺为原料,通过两步合成,制备了膨胀型阻燃剂聚螺环二磷酰己二胺(PPHA).用红外光谱(FTIR)、~1H、和^(31)P核磁共振(NMR)及热重分析(TGA)等对聚合物的结构、热稳定性能进行了表征.结果表明,PPHA的起始分解温度约为312℃,表现出良好的热稳定性,在高温阶段表现出优良的成炭性能;与尼龙66掺杂,在320℃以下表现出良好的热稳定性,随着PPHA添加的增加,残炭量随之增加,对尼龙66的成炭性能有明显提高.
Taking solution polymerization process, pentaerythritol, phosphorus oxychloride and hexamethyl-ene diamine as raw materials, through two step synthesis, intumescent flame retardant poly two spirocyclic phos- phoryl diamine (PPHA) can be made. By infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR) ,lH,and31P nuclear magnetic reso-nance (NMR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) etc. the structure of polymer and thermal stability are in-vestigated. The results show that the PPHA of the initial decomposition temperature is about 312°C , good thermal stability at high temperature and excellent properties of carbon doped are exhibited; and with nylon 66 , it shows good thermal stability at 320°C , with the increase of PPHA added , at the same time the amount of residual car-bon increased,the charring properties of nylon 66 is obviously improved.
