摘要
教学科研深度融合、科研反哺教学作为保证教学质量、提高办学水平的重要途径,成为诸多高校追求的目标和发展的新动向,对于加快我国的应用型高等教育发展具有战略意义。通过对科研反哺教学与教学评价制度关系的分析,全面阐述了科研反哺教学对应用型高等教育的内在功效,并结合当前科研和教学工作实际,归纳概括出科研反哺教学中的现实问题,提出建立科研教学协调机制、加大科研创新平台建设及加强教学科研的社会需求建设等完善教学评价制度、推进科研反哺教学的基本策略。
As an important way to ensure the quality of teaching and improve the level of running a school, depth integration of teaching and scientific research has become the goal and new trends of development for many colle-ges and universities, which is of strategic significance to the rapid development of applied higher education in China. Through the analysis of the relationship between the research nurturing teaching and teaching evaluation system,this paper expounds the inherent effect of scientific research nurturing teaching on the applied higher ed-ucation ,and sums up the actual problems in the research nurturing teaching work combined with the current sci-entific research and teaching practice. The paper then proposed some strategies to promote scientific research feedback teaching, including the construction of coordination mechanism between scientific research and teach-ing ,scientific research and innovation platform and the social needs of teaching and research.
