徐幹的明君观

Xu Gan's Thinking on the Wise King

在《中论》一书中,徐幹提出了儒家式的政治思想。面对乱世,明君应施行仁政并且知人善任,而聪明睿哲的君子才是明君所需要的治国人才。明君只有尊贤用贤,才能得到君子之心。明君要重视历法及民数,明赏罚之道以及恢复三年丧制度。

Xu Gan put forward his Confucian political thought in Zhong Lun. That is,facing the chaos,the wise king should implement the policy of benevolence and know how to judge and use a person because the wise people are the talents the wise king needs to rule the country. Also a wise king couldn＇t make the wise people to work for him willingly until they were respected and trusted. Finally more importance should be attached to the Calendar and the number of people,the building of a clear rewarding and punishing system and the recovery of the three-year mourning system.
