摘要
随着互联网的快速发展,网络市场发展迅速,对传统零售业造成巨大冲击,这主要体现在交易选择、营销渠道、交易价格、营业时间、交易客户、交易范围、交易成本及扩张速度等各个方面。值得注意的是近年网络零售与传统零售增速都有所放缓,这不仅在于相对于网络零售,传统零售业付款方式、送货方式滞后,缺乏竞争优势,还在于网络销售也很难满足消费者日益增加的服务需求,商品质量难以保证、消费者购物体验感不强等各种弊端也开始显现。网络零售业与传统零售业需要融合发展,互补共进。我国传统零售业应积极采取"消费者满意""电子商务转型"、竞合发展及共存共荣等策略,实现互联网时代的成功转型。
With the rapid development of Internet,network sales grew rapidly and caused a huge impact on the traditional retail,mainly reflected in the trading choosing,marketing channels,transaction prices,business hours,customers,trading range,transaction costs and expansion speed. However,according to the results of all the data statistics and the current situation,both of their growths have slowed in recent years. The traditional retail payment or delivery lag behind and has no competitive edge. The network marketing is difficult to meet the growing consumer demand for services and to ensure the quality of goods. Most important of all,in the Internet age consumers pay more attention to shopping experience and service,and also care more about the quality of the products. The network retail industry and the traditional retail trade need to complement each other. To this,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies of "consumer satisfaction"and "E-business transformation".
